Well guys, the last week of the regular season (short of the confusing Army-Navy game next Saturday) had high stakes and huge bowl implications in most of these games. I am going to call this Slam Dunk Saturday because across the board everyone had super high winning percentages this week. Basically if you picked the trendy pick, you were right. Auburn, Oregon, OU, UConn, VaTech, USC, and Pitt all won as expected. The only reason anyone missed out on some picks were if you had the balls to call an upset (Lee Corso) or if you’re a massive homer for South Carolina (Hi Lou Holtz).
I’ve graded the day below and want to congratulate Oklahoma’s opponent in the Fiesta Bowl because nobody is more overrated in bowl games than Bob Stoops.
Desmond Howard knocked it out of the park with a perfect week, and Mike Bellotti has dethroned Colin Cowherd for the all time lead at the moment. Those guys from the Experts on ESPNU know their stuff apparently.
