Week 10 2013: Picks are graded, results are in!

Week 10 will be known as “redemption Saturday” this year after two really tough weeks of picking games for our experts.  Wins were all over the place this week and it will be about a fifteen way split for the official weekly winner (official in the sense that it means absolutely nothing).  Jason Sehorn claims this week’s loss at 6-4.  Colin Cowherd came in at 8-2, Robert Smith went 6-1, Mark May went 3-0, Herbie went 6-2, Desmond Howard went 5-1, Pollack went 3-0, Dari Nowkhah and Mel Kiper Jr. both went 5-0, but we have the real winners to come.

Todd McShay went 3-1 but missed his upset special of Florida over Georgia.  Other upset specialists include Mark Schlabach and Brad Edwards.  Schlabach got his upset special right, nailing Oklahoma St over TTU, even though Oklahoma St was a slight favorite according to the experts out west.  Brad Edwards continues to fail at calling upsets, missing Michigan over Michigan State.  Others picking Michigan include noted Michigan homers Desmond Howard and Brian Griese.  Paul Finebaum continued to let us know that he can pick SEC games blind but can’t pick any other conferences to save his life.  Coach Corso nailed his headgear pick of FSU over Miami.  Billy the Cat also went with FSU over Miami.

Now for the real winners.  This week’s special guest celebrity was ruggedly handsome man and occasional musician Jake Owen.  Owen somehow navigated his way through the entire pick segment without including any true football analysis, and ended up going 8-0 to the bewilderment of anyone who runs a blog about college football picks.  Jennifer went 10-1, missing her upset special of TTU over Oklahoma St.  Coach Corso also went 8-0 this week including his headgear pick and his upset special of BC over VaTech.  So its a three way tie for winners this week.  Check out the full slate below to see how your favorite (or most hated) personality did this week.
