Week 6 2018: #CFB Picks with Stanford Steve & Chris Fallica!

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to week 6 of your college football season.  Here’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for.  The picks are in from celebrity superstars Chris ‘The Bear’ Fallica and Stanford Steve Coughlin. Listen to the whole podcast before investing in these please, but enjoy them either way.

The Bear said STAY AWAY from Syracuse/Pitt.  He said it the biggest disparity between the Vegas line and FPI line (FPI had Syracuse-10!!!) and he said it stinks big time, so stay away.  Stanford Steve had a lean on the Syracuse/Pitt over.

Stanford Steve gave a lean on Utah+5.5 but said he wasn’t sure if it was official for his ESPN Chalk article yet.  He wanted to give out Iowa-7 but said he’s scared off by his own rule of never laying more than 6 with Iowa.

Bear wanted to give out Florida but said something worried him about this one.  They gave a few more mentions to some leans but those were the main games discussed.

Chris Fallica:

10/6/18 Air Force+3.5 vs Navy

Week 5 2018: #CFB Picks are graded; results are in!

Welcome back everyone.  We had some big games last night and some big results from our expert panel of predictors and prognosticators.  Let’s get right to it.

Winners this week included Andrea Adelson (11-2), Paul Finebaum (9-2), Kirk Herbstreit (12-4), Phil Steele (6-2 straight up, 5-3 ATS), Stanford Steve (5-1 ATS), Pat Forde (4-2 ATS), SVP (6-3 ATS), and Desmond Howard (12-5).  Scott Spreitzer, after a horrendous start to the year, booked a 3-0 week ATS on Dari & Mel picking games.  However, this week’s official win will go to Lou Holtz at 8-1 on his weekly picks.  Congratulations to Dr. Lou for smashing Mark May this week on the Crowd’s Line.

Losers this week included Chris Fallica (3-4 ATS) and Mark May (5-4), but our undisputed loss this week goes to Rufus Peabody, who after an incredible start to the season booked a 1-4 record against the spread yesterday.  He’s still way up on the year picking 65% against the spread, but that’s a tough week by anybody’s standards.

Lee Corso booked a great week at 14-3 but missed out on his headgear pick of Penn State over Ohio State.  Bear’s Bank went 1-2 this week as part of Fallica’s tough 3-4 week against the spread.  Special guest celebrity Keegan-Michael Key went 8-8, which continues the new trend of picking significantly more games than celebrities in the past.  @GamedayJen went 12-4 on the wek continuing to quietly book winners.  Everyone else is somewhere else in between so check out the results below to see how your favorite (or most hated) personality did this week.
