Josh Criswell, David Berry and Matt Faye have launched a new podcast called Bet the FCS to feature this spring FCS season (and other mid-major topics). Producer David Graf is along for the ride as well. They will be covering the gambling angles for FCS football all season long. The Yahoo Sports College podcast has officially joined into the spring FCS fun and will be picking the game of the week against the spread.
I don’t know what we’re calling this week, or if last week was was zero, or week one, or week 22 of the 2020 season (according to NCAA.com). I called last week “week 1”, so this is what I’m calling week 2. I’ll be here covering FCS picks all season as long as people keep making picks. Enjoy.
Week 2 of this college football season is in the books and that means our picks are graded.
Winners this week included the entire CBS Sports “Inside College Foobtall” crew with strong performances picking straight up, Rick Neuheisel for going 9-1 on the week (including the Louisiana upset), Stanford Steve and Rico Bosco (both 4-0 against the number).
Losers this week include Dan Wetzel (0-6 ATS) and the Bear (1-4 ATS).
Lee Corso had a layup picking Clemson over Wake Forest for his headgear selection. Chris Fallica went 1-2 on the Board this week. Celebrity guest Chris Paul went 3-4 on the week (including an absurd Wake Forest upset prediction). @GamedayJen went 4-3 on the week thanks to some big upsets which she couldn’t pull the trigger on predicting.
Everyone else is somewhere in the mix, so check out the results below to see how your favorite (or most hated) personality did this week!
