Week 8 2024: CFB analyst picks are graded; results are in!

Week 8 of our 2024 season is in the books and the picks from our analysts are graded. As always, the analyst picks below are straight up picks based on winners and losers; not against the spread.

Lee Corso returned to the show this week after a two week hiatus. Coach Corso went 8-2 on his return appearance, but lost his headgear selection Texas over Georgia. Kirk Herbstreit went 6-3 on the week. Desmond went 8-2 alongside Coach Corso. Pat McAfee went 6-4 while Nick Saban went 5-5. Celebrity guest picker Scottie Scheffler went 7-3 on the week. Week 6 2024: CFB gambling picks are graded; results are in!

Week 6 is in the books and the picks from our gamblers are graded. Let’s jump right in.

Winners this week include Danny Kanell who decided to spray the board and found a 16-8 week. Your boy Scott Van Pelt pulled out a 6-0 week after early struggles this season. Matt Youmans went 7-1. Joel Klatt went 5-0. However this week’s biggest winner is Stuckey from the Action Network, who put up an 11-3-1 week for our biggest profit.

Other performances of note include Chris Fallica, who went 7-2 against the number. Super Dogs went 1-1-5 with Rece Davis pulling out the only win and Pat McAfee booking a push. Stanford Steve went 6-5 on the week but booked another winner on the Gameday board going 2-1.

In the money line picks, the Bear Chris Fallica had the biggest winning week with a 6.4 unit win on 3 money line picks in the Bear Bets column.

Week 6 is in the books, and the picks from our college football analysts are graded. As a reminder, these are analyst picks on winners and losers; not picks against the spread.

Lee Corso was out sick this week, so there was no headgear pick for week 6. Celebrity guest picker Marshawn Lynch went 6-6 on the week after a completely disinterested performance on the Gameday set. For the record, the graphics on Gameday showed him picking Ole Miss but he seemed to verbally choose South Carolina, so we’re crediting him with a South Carolina pick. Kirk Herbstreit went 7-5 on the week. Desmond Howard and Pat McAfee both went 4-8. Nick Saban went 6-6.
